One annual subscription that covers up to 10 people at your institution or company. $1,000 per year.

Everyone on the team gets full On EdTech+ access: the data behind the analysis, early access to major data releases, the complete archive, and Phil’s data-exploration tools. Team subscribers also receive a 20% discount on separately purchased Postsecondary Signals institutional reports.

How it works

Tell us about your team below. We set up your group subscription, and Stripe sends you an invoice for $1,000. Every invoice can be paid either way — by credit card or by bank transfer — so you can use whichever your institution prefers, and you can switch methods at renewal. Once the invoice is paid, you get a management page where you invite colleagues by email. Each person who accepts gets their own On EdTech+ account.

Your subscription covers up to 10 people for the year. You do not have to name them all at once: invite as many as you want now, add the rest whenever you like, and swap someone out when a colleague leaves. None of that changes the price.

Already paying for On EdTech+ Individual?

If anyone joining your team holds an annual individual subscription, we refund its unused portion once your Team invoice is paid, prorated at $200 × (months remaining ÷ 12). You do not need to send us a list — we check your team against existing subscriptions once people claim their seats. Monthly individual subscriptions are not prorated; those can simply be canceled once team access starts.
