Phil Hill
Phil Hill (@PhilOnEdTech) has been a market analyst and consultant in EdTech for over two decades. He is most notably recognized for publishing the On EdTech blog and newsletter, which began in 2019 after he decided to separate from the e-Literate brand and blaze his own trail. Revered for his honest and upfront take on market trends for online / hybrid education, OPMs, and learning platforms, Phil provides thoughtful and practical advice to his clients. His unique graphics and visuals have been widely used and shared in the education space. Phil is also a husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his Australian Shepard, craft beer, and live music.

Glenda Morgan
Prior to joining Phil Hill & Associates, Morgan (she goes by her last name) worked on the Education team at Gartner, covering teaching and learning including learning management systems, online learning, OPMS and online proctoring among other topics. Prior to joining Gartner she worked for over 15 years supporting teaching and learning technologies in higher education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, George Mason University, the California State University Office of the Chancellor and the University of Wisconsin System. Morgan comes to us ready to provide analysis and commentary on current and future market trends and their impact on education. Morgan holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota. She is in the process of moving to Utah with her spouse and is looking forward to exploring the backroads of the surrounding states as well as new culinary adventures.

Kevin Kelly
Kevin Kelly has been working in higher education for over two decades. He is a well-known author who has published co-authored books, peer-reviewed book chapters and journal articles on teaching, learning, technology and alternative academic careers. In addition to teaching Instructional Technology classes at San Francisco State since 1999, Kevin has worked in multiple leadership roles managing academic technology and faculty development teams for the university. Kevin has worked with several university and community college systems, emphasizing institutional collaboration to support student success in online, hybrid, and hybrid flexible learning. Kevin is known (at least to us) as the Dennis Miller of EdTech for his quick wit and limitless cultural references.
